Darius Bozorgi, Chief Executive Officer for Valligent, is a highly proficient and respected leader possessing exceptional knowledge in valuation technology, predictive analytics, and decision-support technology applications. Under his leadership, Valligent and the sister company Veros Real Estate Solutions (Veros®) have consistently been recognized as one of the top financial services technology companies in the industry today.

As President and Chief Executive Officer for Valligent, Darius is responsible for setting and communicating the company's vision, mission, and overall direction. With his strategic planning expertise, he formulates and implements strategic plans to guide Valligent towards achieving its financial and operational goals. Darius also provides internal operational oversight and management, ensuring effective processes and controls are in place to support Valligent's overall growth and success.

As a critical Board and shareholder relations player, Darius coordinates with the Board of Directors. He provides valuable input on company strategies, financial matters, and organizational policies. He also presents regular updates and recommendations to the Board, keeping them informed and involved. Additionally, Darius acts as the primary liaison to provide information and updates to shareholders, fostering transparency and trust.

Darius is a dynamic professional with a diverse skill set and a proven ability to drive growth development with successful trajectories. Bijan Bozorgi, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer for Valligent (a Veros Real Estate Solutions sister company), brings over 35 years of expertise in finance, stocks, commodities, options trading, investment markets, and start-up companies. Throughout his career, he has successfully raised equity investments from individual investors and large institutions, showcasing his ability to secure capital for various ventures. He has also served on multiple boards of directors and is currently chairman of board of Veros Financial Holding, Veros Credit and Veros Software.Bijan possesses the skills and expertise necessary to effectively navigate the intricacies of the industry and yield positive results in the technology and financial sectors.

Bijan has a bachelor’s of science degree in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology.

Jeff Hogan, Chief Appraiser for Valligent (a Veros Real Estate Solutions sister company), is an accomplished leader with a proven record in fostering transparency, diversity, and reliability within the appraisal profession. He regularly engages with government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), government agencies, and policymakers to drive advancement within the industry. Jeff's previous tenure was as senior review appraiser for Banc of California, further leveraging his expertise in leadership roles at major financial institutions, including Bank of America and Citigroup. His commitment to cultivating transparency and inclusivity within the appraisal profession sets him apart, as he continuously seeks opportunities to enhance and provide reliable and unbiased appraisals, standards, and practices.  

Jeff has a master’s degree from the University of Redlands and a bachelor's degree from Cal State Fullerton University. He is also a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the SRA and AI-RRS designations.

George Paquette

George Paquette, Chief Operating Officer for Valligent (a Veros Real Estate Solutions sister company), is a certified appraiser in multiple states, holds the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) and Master National Association of Appraiser (MNAA) designations, and is a Green Certified appraiser. George has spent the last 15 years in leadership roles within the appraisal management industry, leading start-up companies to some of the largest within the industry. He has held Chair positions with the Collateral Risk Network, Real Estate Valuation Advocacy Association (REVAA), and Southern California Appraisal Institute. Before entering the appraisal management company (AMC) business, he worked for a lender, heading the internal forensic review team. George also owned and operated a staff appraisal office that serviced all Southern California counties and trained and mentored several certified appraisers who own successful appraisal businesses.
