1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing the virtual inspection link or proceeding with the inspection, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or continue the inspection. If you have questions, contact Valligent at contactus@valligent.com before proceeding.
2. Authorized Use and Confidentiality
   The virtual inspection link is intended solely for the authorized recipients and for the intended business purposes. You may not share, forward, copy, distribute, publish, screenshot, reproduce, or otherwise provide the link or its contents to any unauthorized person without prior written authorization from Valligent.
3. Session Communications
   Session chat communications and other communications associated with the virtual inspection may be recorded, retained, and logged for security, compliance, quality assurance, service improvement, and related business purposes.
4. Camera Access
   By proceeding, you consent to Valligent accessing your device’s camera as necessary to conduct and document the virtual inspection. Camera access is used to capture property images and other information required to complete or verify the inspection.
5. Property Location and GPS Verification and No Ongoing Tracking
   By proceeding, you represent that the virtual inspection is being performed at the specified address and property location and consent to Valligent collecting GPS coordinates or other device location information during the active inspection session as necessary to verify that the inspection is being performed at the subject property. Valligent does not continuously track or monitor your location after the inspection session has ended.
6. Accuracy of Information and Prohibited Manipulation
   You agree not to manipulate, alter, falsify, spoof, conceal, or misrepresent your device location, camera, photographs, property address, inspection results, or any other information provided or generated in connection with the virtual inspection. You must not take any action intended to produce false, inaccurate, or misleading inspection results.
7. Confidential and Proprietary Information
   The virtual inspection report and related content, including images, data, communications, and other information generated or provided through the inspection process, may contain confidential or proprietary information of Valligent, its clients, or other authorized parties. Such information may be used only for its intended business purpose and in accordance with applicable law and contractual requirements.
8. Unauthorized Access or Disclosure
   Unauthorized access, use, reproduction, disclosure, distribution, or other misuse of the virtual inspection link, report, or related content is prohibited and may result in legal action or other remedies available under applicable law.
9. Unintended Recipients
   If you are not the intended or authorized recipient, do not access, use, copy, disclose, or distribute the virtual inspection link or its contents. Delete the message containing the link and notify Valligent promptly.
